Brew Court: The Game Sued For Funeral Brawl

The Game is being sued by his own cousin. But wait...it gets worse. The cousin says the rapper and four other people assaulted him at a funeral last year. Robert Kirkwood claims The Game and his crew beat him down at his own sister's funeral.

The alleged fight started when Kirkwood confronted The Game because he wouldn't pay for part of the funeral.

Kirkwood says he was hurt in the fight, so he's suing for medical expenses and loss of income.
