From Fat to Fab.......The Treadmill Desk....

I am so floored right now, for years, myself and a fellow witch have joked about turning our desks into treadmills so as to avert the lard from accumilating on our asses...... well lookie here! There now exist the "Treadmill Desk". Apparently walking and working is totally doable, go here for the break down. They explain how to build your very own "Treadmill Desk" and offer tips on speed and such......

Man there's hope for my fat ass just yet.......

    Sounds like an excellent idea.

    In my sunroom there is no furniture, there's a television and a treadmill and an exercise bike. If you want to watch television in that room you have to work out........or do what I do, watch television in the living room.
