The show follows contestants who are trying to lose weight by dancing. Marissa Jaret Winokur will host the show. She’s best known for her role in "Hairspray" on Broadway.

Contestants are paired with a nutritionist and a dancer to whip them into shape. Much like Dancing With The Stars, the contestants on this show will dance for three judges each week.
