"Barry" From DC On The Line...

President Obama gave Virginia Governor Tim Kaine quite the shock today when he phoned in to WTOP's "Ask the Governor" program as "Barry from DC."

He pretended to be a caller complaining about traffic but quickly shifted gears and praised the Democrat for his work in the Commonwealth.

Apparently the show's host knew about 10 minutes beforehand that the president would be phoning in, forcing the station to dump it's traffic and weather update (which is a big no-no in this city).

Who was fielding the calls? I'd be the simpleton to hang up on him by accident.
