She's Your Queen to be...ee...eee

RuPaul and his queens are racing to the Nation's Capital. George Mason University, located here in the 'burbs of Washington, DC has elected a male drag performer as the schools Homecoming Queen this past Saturday. Senior Ryan Allen, who entered the contest on a whim, never expected to be elected. Allen, who is gay, performs in local drag shows under the name Reann Ballsee.

Of course there are panties in a bunch over this matter. Mason, who has a reputation of being one of the most diverse campuses in the country, still has folk who don't believe this should have been allowed to occur.

To them Allen needs to say...

For the record, the University officially supports Allen and the election results.
