"Leona Lewis sophomore set, “Echo,” hits stores this November 17th. “I titled my album ‘ECHO’, since an echo describes a big, organic sound. I’m in the midst of the recording process, working with incredible songwriters and producers, and my music has really evolved. It’s so exciting to create something new,” Leona said. The debut single, “Happy” was written by Ryan Tedder of the group One Republic. Tedder also produced her monster hit, “Bleeding Love”. “It’s a contradiction of song because, yes, it’s named ‘Happy,’ but the song’s kind of dark, a bit sad, somber,”

The album includes production and songwriting from Justin Timberlake, Claude Kelly, Ryan Tedder, Max Martin, and Ne-Yo. “In my songs I want people to go on a journey, and (to get to) happiness, you go through a lot of pain and sadness to get there sometimes and that’s what we wanted to convey on the song,” she added."
