First up... Nicole Richie. She's designing a new women's clothing line called Winter Kate. The collection is inspired by peacocks and other birds. The 37-piece line includes tops, vests, dresses and other looks. Richie already designs
House of Harlow 1960 and
a maternity line for A Pea in the Pod. Prices for the new line range from $35 - $598. It will be sold at Nordstrom,
Needless Markup Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Intermix and Kitson.

Good news for parents on a budget.
Stella McCartney has a new kids line for babyGap and GapKids. It hits stores November 2nd. The 70-piece line ranges in size from newborns to 12 yr. olds. The price range is $14 - $128.

More news for recessionistas: Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are reportedly prepping a juniors' line for JCPenney called Olsenboye. Details are few and far between but it looks like the twins are set for a Spring launch. JCPenney already features designer lines by Charlotte Ronson and Kimora Lee Simmons.

And, HSN is making up for carrying that dreadful Miss Tina by Tina Knowles line. They TV shopping channel is adding evening wear designer
Naeem Khan to its roster. The frocks will sell on October 28th. The classic designs will range in price from $250 - $450. And, Kahn's got love for da big girls. The line ranges from size 0 to 24!
