Racial Or Funny?

This Illegal Alien costume is being pulled from the shelves of major chains like Target and Walgreens. Of course the gun totin' border watchers will love this. But is it offensive? And why did they only interview Latinos? I'm sure there are many others who snuck there asses over here, or have an expired Visa and are living under the radar.
