Fashion Roundup

Lots of good news to report from the fashion world this morning...

First, designer Jean Paul Gaultier is next up to bat for Target’s Go International brand.  The collection will reportedly pay tribute to the American woman.  The collection launches March 7, 2010.  Gaultier is the man responsible for those cone-shaped bras Madonna used to rock.  This should be interesting.  I can't wait!

French shoe designer Pierre Hardy is finally dropping his line with the Gap.  The shoes will debut in select stores this week.  The shoes range from $100 - $200.

Taste The Brew for more news about Jimmy Choo and Tom Ford!

The first ad for the upcoming Jimmy Choo line for H&M is out.  The line will feature shoes and clothes for the woman who's rock ’n’ roll and a little punk.  The designs hit stores November 14th.

And, it appears Tom Ford may be getting back into the game.  The word is he's announcing plans to return to womenswear. The American designer is famous for his work with Gucci, but since leaving the brand, he's been focusing on menswear and making movies.  Ford says "financing is extremely expensive right now, so if we find financing in the right situation we’ll be able to start [a women’s collection] soon."
