Victor Quits The Young & The Restless

Laaaawwwwwd, thank God my grandmomma's not here for this one. It woulda killed her fo sho!

"The Young and the Restless" star Eric Braeden is dunzo!  He stormed off "Y&R" after refusing to have his salary cut. He said: "If I signed a three-year f***ing deal, you honor it!"

Well, tell 'em why you mad, son!

The 68-year-old actor has played Victor Newman, a central figure on the show, since 1980. Braeden says he took a voluntary pay cut two years ago. But producers CBS and Sony invoked a little-used clause giving them the right to review his salary every 26 weeks (and the right to cut that salary).

Braeden says a hierarchy exists among soap stars that he thinks should have made him exempt from another salary cut (read: I'm effin' Victor effin' Newman... you can't cut me!)

Braeden could still return to "Y&R" if a new deal can be worked out. His last scene was taped in late September and won't air until November 2nd.

Officials at CBS and Sony declined to comment.

Victor effin' Newman.

The baddest man to be on soaps. If he didn't like you, he bought you business/building right from under you.

You knew you were in trouble when he gave you that look and said the words "let me tell YOU something".

I haven't watched the show in over 10 yrs (got tired of people marrying, divorcing, marrying other's children that grew up after being gone for six months ya'll so trifflin' that I'm surprised ya'll haven't caught anything after all this time.........
