Cosby is the "creative force" behind Bill Cosby Presents The Cosnarati: State of Emergency.  Cosby says his new collective of three rappers will stand up to any of today's rap albums.

I tend to agree with a lot of Cosby's theories about the Black community these days, so this should be very interesting.
