Have You Checked Your Ta-Tas Yet?

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the month is almost over!  But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be vigilant about checking your mammories every month.  If you've never done it or don't know how... don't be scurrred.  We Witches want you to keep those puppies uplifted and cancer-free.  Here's how to conduct a self-exam.

* Lie down and place your right arm behind your head. The exam is done while lying down so that the breast tissue can spread evenly over the chest wall and is as thin as possible, making it much easier to feel all the breast tissue.

* Use the finger pads of the 3 middle fingers on your hand to feel for lumps in the breast. Use overlapping dime-sized circular motions of the finger pads to feel the breast tissue.

* Use 3 different levels of pressure to feel all the breast tissue. Light pressure to feel the tissue closest to the skin; medium to feel a little deeper; and firm to feel the tissue closest to the chest and ribs.

* Move around the breast in an up and down pattern.

* Stand in front of a mirror with your hands pressed firmly down on your hips, then look at your breasts for any changes in size, shape or contour.  Check your nipples too!

* Examine each underarm for lumps or bumps.

And if you want to make it spicy, after you've done your self-check, have your man lube up his hands with some hot oil and check 'em again.  Might as well make it fun.
