Marion Barry: Lady Friend Did Not Make Daddy Feel Good......

Ok so I don't get it, you guys from DC always seem to stand behind this dude because you say he's for the people, so fine, there's no law written that says I have to get it. But um er rah.... weirdo much?? I mean isn't all of this kinda mild compared to him gettin busted in a sleazy hotel with a proddy tute and a crack pipe?? I mean I don't get the mystique of this dude and it's almost comical to try to nail him to the wall for stalking.... I mean let him be, after the crack incident he was re-elected! Clearly former Mayor Barry can do no wrong. I think even if they caught him gettin romantical with a goat somehow he'd still weasel his way back as the "apple of the people's eye".

So City Paper has the full story of what really went down with his lastest brush with the laws which pretty much all revolves around some woman, Donna Watts-Brighthaupt, that he employed as his driver/personal assistant/massage therapist/makedaddyfeelgoodologist.... things have clearly gone south between them if she is now claiming that he is stalking her. I feel like he has a hearty laugh at all of this....

Listen: Recorded voicemails left by Marion Barry for Donna Watts-Brighthaupt. (Transcripts)

I'm surprised he can still get it up after all his medical problems. That being said, I hope I'm still getting it in when I'm his age!
