Brew Music: Noisettes

Here's something to freshen up your iPod. Check out London indie group Noisettes. The band includes singer/bassist Shingai Shoniwa (her voice is fiyah!), guitarist Dan Smith and drummer Jamie Morrison.

The band's been around since 2003 but they've started to get a little traction and build support here in the U.S. Ya know, we're always the last to know.

I love the grit in Shingai's voice. She puts me in a '50/60s sorta mood. Love huh!

Noisettes' new album, Wild Young Hearts, is due out on September 22nd.
