Splitsville For Rosie O?

Rosie O’Donnell and her wife Kelli Carpenter are on the outs... but they're working on it.

O'Donnell admits they have some issues to work out.  The two have four children together.  Kelli has moved out of their home, taking one of their children (the one she birthed).  The two married in San Francisco in 2004.

Rosie says: "We're a family, we remain a family and we're working on the issues." But sources say Kelli initiated the split because she couldn't deal with Rosie's mood swings.  Rosie has been staying at their home in New York with their three adopted children.

Damn, and I thought I had it hard with the men folk.  Relationships are relationships, no matter what.  Wonder if they had these issues before they got married...or is marriage the debbil?
