Looters being Arrested in Chile: Seriously?

Chile, still devastated from it's 8.8 earthquake this weekend, are getting it on and popping with the looting. Hoodrat stuff is Internationale.

The army was called in to help the police force deal with looters, some of whom filled shopping trollies full of groceries while others made off with plasma TVs and other electrical appliances.

Now I can totally see taking off with some of the perishables that aren't even going to make it without proper refridgeration. In fact, I wouldn't even classify that at as looting. That's called survival. But where the the hell is your los bama ass putting a TV, and you don't have a HOUSE?
