Brew Bits: Sly Fox vs. LL Cool J

LL Cool J is accusing Faux Fox News of misrepresenting him in an ad for Sarah Palin's new show. According to L, he gave an interview to Fox years ago and they ran that old interview implying that he would be apart of "Real American Stories" *insert gag reflex*. Fox fired back saying it has removed L's from the clip and a spokeman for the network issued the following statement:

"Real American Stories features uplifitng tales about overcoming adversity and we believe Mr. Smith's interview fit that criteria. "However, as it appears that Mr. Smith does not want to be associated with a program that could serve as an inspiration to others, we are cuting his interview from the special and with him the best with his fledgling acting career."

Fledgling? Son, you didn't see "Deep Blue Sea"? That's a classic! So let me get this straight; just because dude doesn't want to be misrespresented and is on top of his bidnass you diss him? Boo Sly Fox, just boo!

Tiger Woods Needs Jesus?

Fox newsman Brit Hume thinks Tiger Woods needs to come on over to the Cross. Hume went on the teevay and said Cheetah Woods could stage a comeback but he needs to dump his alleged Buddhism and become a Christian to find forgiveness.

Hume's comments sent the innawebs on fiyah!  Seems to me that Tiger's gonna need help from God and 2 more white people to get outta this mess.  White Jesus told me himself.  You know, I've got a direct pipeline to him.  We're likethisson!

Brew Bits: Shep's Slippitydoda!

Fox News Anchor Shepard Smith slipped up during an interview and said he would "burn Detroit down"! It happened during a segment with a school board member and a parent advocate who were arguing about lousy test grades by 60% of Detroit students. The Fox newsman tried to clean up his comments but the interview went downhill from there. I don't want to make this all about Shep because the city of Detroit needs to be put on the spot too!!! R.I.F. mofos! Just R.I.F.!

What the Faux?

I guess dim lights really do attract moths. What else would explain why FNC beat both CNN and MSNBC in total viewers in that coveted 25-54 demo? "The O'Reilly Factor" has spent 105 months as the top cable news show topping summer reruns of "30 Rock", "The Office", and "Grey's Anatomy". So people rather watch Bill's Po-Po-Po Poker Face then McSteamy and McDreamy combined? I'm confused people. O'Reilly partner in hood rat stuff, Glenn Beck, also gained viewers, climbing 108%! FNC was the only network to post increases in all categories and continues to set records for highest Prime Time ratings. What do they subliminally flash porn or Hee Haw reruns to captivate its audience? Damn, CNN and MSNBC I'ma need you to man up, stat!
