UPDATE: TMZ is reporting the bodyguard has been charged with destroying personal property and assault for tossing the pap's tripod into the Adriatic Sea. Police are trying to track down the fine azz bodyguard for questioning.

Damn can't the paps let them get their Croatia on in peace???!!....... geesh! (not for nothin but the bodyguard can get it........
