Well it seems Ms. Sara fell and tripped outside her home and on her way up from the ground she accidentally shoved a knife in her husband who I'm sure was nowhere near her when she "tripped and fell". Her kids witnessed the entire 'accident' by the way. TMZ has the whole story.
