Brew Fashion: Chanel & Jourdan Cover Teen Vogue

The November issue of Teen Vogue will have a double dose of melanin on its cover. Models Chanel Iman and Jourdan Dunn are the cover girls gracing the page.

The teens are killing the largely white fashion game right now, but they admit to struggling to get along sometimes. “It’s competition,” Dunn told Teen Vogue. “There aren’t a lot of us, but instead of sticking together, we’re pitted against each other. People will say things in Chanel’s ear like, ‘Jourdan is taking your spot’, and then they’ll say to me, ‘Don’t trust Chanel’.”

You know, 'cuz there's NEVER room for TWO black girls on a runway. Puhlease. Fashion game, you betta recognize.

Pretty soon though, Chanel will be on her own for a bit since Jourdan is expecting her first child.
