I think the little tyke looks cute. I hate when lil girls wear their hair straight, knowing it's curly & kinky. It instills in them at an early age, that their hair is not fine just the way it is.

Maybe a cuple of afro puffs or head band to tame it, but Zahara is so cute, just the way she is. I'd hate to see her walking around at 4 or 5 with a doo that looks like it's "fried", I mean permed.

100000 percent agreement here. I wasn't allowed a relaxer until I was 14.. and I wish I never bothered..totally ruined my hair. Kids need to be free from all that artifice and learned vanity crap.
