Rihanna: The Cruise Ship Singer?

If you ask Simon Cowell, singing on a cruise ship is the kiss of death.  But, not so much if you're Rihanna.

Royal Caribbean booked the singer who should really just model to perform next month aboard their new ship, Oasis of the Seas.  It's the world's largest cruiseliner.  Titanic?  Anyone?

Rihanna will be the first performer to take the stage at the outdoor AquaTheater.  The amphitheater-style space is a pool by day and an ocean-front theater by night.  The concert is set for November 19th and will be part of a 3-night preview voyage scheduled for the ship before its official debut in December.
