Brew Foodie: Bacon Candles?

I know what you're thinking, these Witches have lost their damn minds.  Now, they're EATING candles?

Well, follow along now.

Rick Gresh, the chef at David Burke's Primehouse in Chicago is so 3008 when it comes to making bacon.  He's now serving guests bacon candles! The candles are made of rendered bacon fat and a vegetable-based wick.  Once they melt, you pour them over steaks and scallops.

ahhhh .......bacon bacon bacon yummy yummy bacon . I had a turkey panini for lunch and let me tell ya! that damn sandwich was dee-fuggin-licious! The turkey was fresh, the cheese was gooey and tangy and dare I say the bacon is set that motha off!!!!

Damn the rice, at my wedding I want people to throw bacon bits and with any luck a few will land in my mouth

oh and all you 5%'ers, muslims, vegans, anti-pig enthusiasts and the like can kiss my pork enhanced ass!!!
