Ultra Edgy Now?

First Monica pierces her eye, then Cassie shaves half her head, then bald Amber Rose gets a legit modeling deal…now, La La Vazquez has jumped on the I’m so edgy bandwagon.

Carmelo Anthony’s fiancée shaved half of her head and even added two cuts on the side. She posted the pics on her Twitter page. I guess that makes her ultra edgy since she’s also rocking one of those facial piercings too!

So, is this half shaved head the 2009 version of the mullet? Party on one side, business on the other? If b-list singers and TV hosts are stepping up their edge game, what’s Rihanna going to do? I, for one, can’t wait to see what’s next. But please, don’t try this at home. I really don’t want to see you on the train sitting next to me with a shaved head AND a weave all at once.

What is going on in the Hollyweird? First Mo drills a hole in her face and now this? I'm beginning to like Monica's "eye diamond" more and more after seeing what Cassie did to her premium Indian Remy. Homegirl shaved half her head and posted the looks on her Twitter page. She's always going to be cute...that's not going to change. But is she hard enough to pull this look off? I mean, she's never given me the "I'm a rock star" vibe. To tell you the truth, I could see Rihanna with a "diamond" in her head and a half-shaved head before either of these chicks. Ah, the search for relevancy continues. Work it girl...I guess?!?
