Urban Outfitters Pulls “Obama/Black” Tee

Urban Outfitters is caught up in some mess… again. This time, the retailer opted to pull its “BDG Burnout Henley” tee because the shirts didn’t just come in "black" or "white." Instead, the colors were labeled “White/Charcoal” and “Obama/Black.” Yeah. You read it right.

This isn’t the first controversy for UO (which was founded by a staunch conservative), back in 2003, the company released a tee that spoofed Monopoly. It was called “Ghettopoly.” The company’s been in hot water with Christians for it’s “Jesus Dress Up” game and for offering gun-shaped Christmas ornaments in the past.

So, what’s your call? Offensive? If you shop at UO, will you continue?
