Brew Review: Wendy Williams' Talk Show

Big-ups to the tall chick for parlaying her penchant of gossip into television. Wendy Williams and her big dick personality showed up on my TeeVay today. I can see now I'm going to get tired of her sayin' "How You Doin" to everyone and their momma in 3, 2, 1.... I know it's her first show so I'ma cut her some slack. She did allow her audience to ask questions about whatever topic they liked which I thought was cool. She needs more people though..specifically in the control room. There were some cricket chirping moments where she was calling for pictures, phone interviews and stuff that wasn't even there. I don't expect her to be doing the hustle like Ellen but she's going to have to bring it! She did score Vanessa Williams as her guest who I really like. They chatted about...really nothing then Vanessa sang a hit off her new album. Everytime she tried to ask a question she was like, "oh we have to take a commercial break?" It came across a little choppy. I don't think viewers are going to get the cutthroat Wendy from radio, although she did call one chick from the audience a fatty but for the most part she definitely watered down her ruthless swag. Wendy re-upped her talk show for a year...to be continued...
