Even Beyonce Can't Stop Lil Mama

Lil Man Man's quest to crash the VMA stage couldn't even be thwarted by Beyonce's biceps.  Catch this YouTube clip of Bee trying to stop the little boy from crashing the Empire State of Mind.

Meantime, here's what Jay-Z had to say about the stage-crashing.

"What I'ma do?  Fight Lil Mama?"

Lil Man Man To Tyra: "It Wasn't That Serious"

Lil Man Man went on Tyra and of course Tyra hit her out the gate with "so what the hell were you thinking?"

Man Man says: ”I don’t think it was as serious as everyone is trying to make it out to be. I was sitting in the stands and I was very excited you know? I felt the connection, being from New York, Alicia Keys being from Harlem and Jay Z being from Brooklyn and I was just so emotional. I was really feeling it. I felt like I was being embraced at the time, Jay-Z was bouncing back like yeah! and I’m feeling like this whole moment is happening but I’m not planning it to be a moment, it just happened.”

Tyra: " But didn’t he like tap tap your leg though, like get back?"

Lil Man Man: “But I didn’t feel it….I actually saw the tap tap later and I was embarrassed, I was like ‘Whoa, Jay-Z.’”

Thinking back on it, I kinda agree that it wasn't that serious, I mean isn't it just like when people get the holy ghost in church????

Jay-Z Goes Ballistic

Jay-Z is man who usually keeps his cool...but not when crazed fans/little men-girls hop on his stage. Word is the Jiggaman went nuts after Lil Mama Lil Man Man hopped on stage and tried to "T-Pain" him during his performance with Alicia Keys at the MTV VMAs.

The NY Daily News reports Jay-Z waited 'til he got backstage to go "ballistic." He reportedly screamed at the producers about their poor security (remember, this happened after Kanye West's "I'ma let you finish" fiasco).

Sources say Beyonce calmed him down. Awww...

Timbaland Accuses Jay-Z of Hateration in this Dancery....

Damn Jay, looks like you get 3 "Hateration in this Dancery" for this one......

And one lil Man Man......

Super-producer
Timbaland is revealing that he wanted Drake to have a complete verse on Jay-Z's 'Blueprint 3' album. The 22-year-old Canadian rapper lends his vocals to the hook of 'Off That' but leaves the rapping to Jay. Tim, who produced the track, approached the hip-hop star and suggested that Drake's feature be bumped up to a full verse but Jay seemingly shot down his idea. "To me we took [Drake] out of his element. But [Jay-Z] said 'that's good for him,' I said let's go back and get him in the verse ... but that ain't my project. If it was up to me to redo it, I'd redo it that way."

Despite only being featured on the hook, Drake was satisfied with the opportunity to work with his idol. "Jay is one of those guys that you can say, 'I look up to this guy,' or 'I like this guy's music.' I wanted to be Jay," he said. "To have that man in my life and to be able to interact with him and talk to him and, best of all, work with him .... There's not a real sentence I can say to describe it."

Fans itching for their Drake fix can check him out on 'The Blueprint 3' or pick up his EP, 'So Far Gone,' both in stores now.

Bow Wow's Alter Ego Apologizes

Lil Man Man has apologized for jumping on stage and debo-ing Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' performance last night's at the VMA's. The rapper issued the following statement through her publicist: "I did not mean any disrespect towards Jay-Z or Alicia Keys, I admire them and look up to them as role models. ‘Empire State of Mind’ had my emotions running high. In that moment I came up onstage to celebrate my two icons singing about NY.” Whew I bet she spent a good part of today in bed with the blanket pulled up to her manly chin asking herself why she let her extra testosterone get the best of her.
Meanwhile, bloggers are getting their clown on at Mama's expense. Thanks to Rhymes with Snitch for the laughs!

MTV Awards '09: Lil Fella loses his damn mind

Photo: Christopher Polk/Getty Images

In a desperate Search For Relevancy move, Lil' Mama jumps on stage with Hov and that Fine Ass HomeWrecka during the MTV Awards' finale. Luckily her mannishness was not distracting enough to ruin the performace, that made me a lil' home sick. It was more a: "oh that's nice Hovy let the lil' Tranny from America's Best Dance Crew come on stage....awww.' moment. *(Awww, I'm just playin', Lil' Mama is not that cute).
