So, you hate to sweat your hair out at the gym and wouldn't be caught dead on The Biggest Loser... but you’ll slap on your Freakum Dress and hit the club to cut a rug in a heartbeat. Then this is the show for you!

Oxygen is rolling out a new series called Dance Your Ass Off. And it’s just for the thick gyals and husky boys.

The show follows contestants who are trying to lose weight by dancing. Marissa Jaret Winokur will host the show. She’s best known for her role in "Hairspray" on Broadway. 

Contestants are paired with a nutritionist and a dancer to whip them into shape. Much like Dancing With The Stars, the contestants on this show will dance for three judges each week.
