'Bout it, 'Bout Files: Iranian Protesters

Pay attention ignant mofos! While your here comfy and cool in the States protesting the lack of free chicken with Al Sharpton and shish, your brothers and sisters in the cause are thousands of miles away dying because their voice wasn't heard. Day 4 of protests in Iran today following a bloody weekend where 13 people lost their lives in demonstrations. Voters call bullsh#t on the outcome of last week's presidential election where President Mahmoud Ama-dinnerjacket won re-election by a landslide. Um, ya think? So what do Republicans do during all this bloody mess? Do they support local Iranians with an outreach effort? Do they band together in a hunger strike screaming, "no justice, no peace" outside the Iranian Embassy? Nooooo, they powder their faces and hit the Sunday talkies to attack President Barack Obama. Whoa, that's hard!!! They taunted the president for being too timid and passive in speaking out. Hello? What do they want him to do? Get all gun-slinging and foolish acting like George Bush would do?Speak unintelligently about interests that do not concern Americans? The president remarked that he was "gravely concerned" about the bloodshed, but exercised caution in saying more. That's our problem people, our American Arrogance! We cannot police the world. Clearly, we have our own troubles to tend to here at home. To the protesters, I admire your dedication and determination, fight the power! We are with you in spirit. Now, where's my free chicken?

A.MEN. Our arrogance has been the reason we are in the state we are in. I watched Michael Moore's ''Sicko'' this weekend, and that drives that point home in spades.
