The A-Team Cast Revealed

Why does everything that was once good have to be made again? Didn't we learn anything form Josie and the Pussycats? Car 54 Where Are You? The Mod Squad?

Anyway, the re-make of The A-Team is a-go.   The film stars Liam Neeson as Gen. John “Hannibal” Smith, Bradley Cooper as Lt. Tempelton “Faceman” Peck, Quinton Jackson as B.A. Baracus and Sharlto Copley as ‘Howlin’ Mad” Murdock.  The original series creator is co-producing the film.
Here's a look at the new cast.

So, will you be seeing this re-make?

Depressed TV: "Hoarders"

Is anyone watching this show on A&E?

"Hoarders" is one of those train wreck shows you watch in disgust but you can't look away. It makes you wanna hurl while grabbing the nearest trash bag and throwing everything away.

I find myself watching the show and letting out audible uh uhs and no ma'ams when nastiness appears on the screen... like the woman who eats expired chicken broth and rotting cabbage because she says she has a "cast iron stomach!"

Now, I occasionally have one too many papers on a desk or I forget about the peaches I bought last week. But damn! I'm not living amongst cat poop and rotting meats.

These hoarders have obvious psychological problems that go beyond any mayhem and foolishness you'd find on an episode of "Clean House." Many of these people are in total denial that they have a hoarding problem. One woman said she doesn't hoard, she SAVES stuff.

But my favorite episode of this train wreck? The "Jennifer & Ron; Jill" episode.
Hoarding expert to Jill: "You've got a lotta flies in here, is something rotting?"
Jill to hoarding expert: "No, not in THIS room."
Now, I'm wondering if these 20 yogurts I got on special for 8 bucks makes me a hoarder?!?

I quit! White Jesus, help us all.

I'd better hurry up and get married before I become the crazy cat lady.

Catch "Hoarders," Mondays at 10 pm (ET) on A&E (then go throw some things away)!

Michael Moore Returns...Fires At "The Man"

Filmmaker Michael Moore is back!

Moore has taken on the Detroit car industry, the U.S. Army and the gun and health care lobby. He's back to tackle capitalism in his latest documentary Capitalism: A Love Story.

Critics say this one isn't as powerful as Moore's previous docs, but he nails his frequent message that business is messing things up for the little guy and mom & pop.

I've loved every documentary Moore has made, so I'll grab a ticket and some popcorn for this one.

Capitalism hits theatres October 2nd.

Moore will also sit down for a chat with Oprah. That airs September 22nd.

Brew News: Shoot 'Em Up? Lose Your Deal!

The lawyer who put Remy Ma in the clink for 8 years wants record labels to start putting morality clauses into their record contracts to discourage artists from hood-ish activities.

Lauren Raysor (the lawyer for the chick Remy shot in the belly) marked the 2nd anniversary of the shooting by announcing the proposal today.

The clause would punish the artists and set consequences for making poor choices.

So, do you think this proposal specifically targets hip hop?

What's your call?

Real Housewives of Atlanta: Who 'gon check me, Boo?

Lawdamercy where to begin with this one. Well, season 2 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHoATL) premiered on Bravo last night and boy did it premiere.

First off, my boo Dwight was not in the show long enough. I was mad salty about that. But he did give a hand-job to a champagne bottle with was too much for my innocent eyes.

NeNe and Sheree mended fences with Sheree telling NeNe how much she appreciated her support and friendship (especially since Sheree is all broke and busted thanks to her deadbeat ex-hubby). NeNe still needs a bra, although the boobage appeared to be pushed up a little higher than last season.

Lisa Wu and her man are trying for baby #2. Lisa is 7 years older than Ed and she fears she won't have the energy or the viable eggs to pro-create. But, they're trying anyway. The trying is where all the fun is!

Kim went to (*hold your breath*) hair school for all of like 2 hours, to learn more about hair for this raccoon wig line she's planning.

Kandi Burruss was rolled out as the new housewife, replacing Tight Teeth. Note to Kandi: freeze curls went out in 1995. Please COMB OUT your curls so you won't look like a rooster.

For more of a recap, check Timaya's video, you won't be disappointed:

The real meat and potatoes happened during the last 10 minutes of the show. Sheree is planning some kind of independence party and, after having difficulties with her diva party planner... THIS happened:

I can't wait 'til next week!

Brew Entertainment: Gabrielle Union

Prying herself away from that lady's husband long enough to audition.... Gabby done got herself a day job. Personally, I think she has been playing the same character since her cinematic masterpiece (insert sarcasm here) with Ladies Love Cool James, but hey-you like it- I love it.

Story:

Gabrielle Union has signed up to star in ABC's Flash Forward, it has been reported.
The sci-fi drama, starring Joseph Fiennes as an FBI agent, will centre on a mysterious global occurrence that enables people to see a vision of the future.
The Bring It On actress has been cast as Zoey, a criminal defence attorney who will serve as a love interest for one of the other castmembers on the series, TV Guide reports.
"We're thrilled that Gabrielle is joining our cast," executive producer David S. Goyer said in a statement. "When we met with her, we immediately knew she was our Zoey. She's witty, soulful and beautiful. I've been wanting to work with her for a long time."
Last year, Union was featured on a multi-episode arc of Ugly Betty, in which she played Wilhelmina's (Vanessa Williams) younger sister Renee Slater.

Brew Entertainment: Mos Def "Ecstatic Tour"....

WHOOO HOOOOO! We love Mr. Dante Smith here at the Brew, snag you some tickets!

SOURCE:

Actor and hip-hop star Mos Def will hit the road next month in support of his latest studio album, "The Ecstatic," which surfaced in June.

The performer will kick things off Aug. 1 in Minneapolis, the first of 18 cities the trek will hit through early September. Erykah Badu will offer opening support during the outing's final three West Coast performances, beginning with a Sept. 3 appearance in San Francisco. Details are below.

"The Ecstatic," Mos Def's fourth solo album and first since 2006's "True Magic," has garnered the performer impressive reviews since its release, with many critics calling it his best work since his seminal 1999 solo debut, "Black on Both Sides."

The set features a wide-ranging roster of production talent, including Madlib, J Dilla, The Neptunes and Oh No, as well as collaborations with Slick Rick, Talib Kweli and jazz/funk singer Georgia Anne Muldrow.

The album debuted at No. 9 on The Billboard 200 chart before falling to No. 29 the following week.

Mos Def---whose real name is Dante Terrell Smith--continues to impress in the acting world as well, gathering accolades for his performance as Chuck Berry in last year's "Cadillac Records," which told the story of Chicago's Chess Records. He also recently appeared in a season-five episode of the Fox television drama "House."
